Our warehouse will be dispatching on weekdays as normal but please note our couriers will not collect on weekends or on 27th December.
Our warehouse is running as normal and continues to dispatch on a next day service every weekday for all items excluding sofas. However please note that all couriers (DPD, DHL, Royal Mail & Panther) have notified us that due to peak season, growth in online sales and staff shortages during COVID restrictions, deliveries may be delayed.
Our team are doing all they can to help during this challenging time. Due to the volume of calls our team are having to make to couriers, you may experience some waiting time on phone lines during this peak period.
The following address is for customer returns to our warehouse only. (Please note, we don’t yet have a showroom)

In the event that your items need to be returned, please follow the steps below;
- Drop us a line via email and let our team know you would like to make a return. Our team will send you a form so they can help you by booking a return service.
- Your return then be logged onto our system before it arrives at the warehouse, so it can be accepted and processed.
- Please remember to repackage your return before sending. Any returns received without protective packaging will not be able to be refunded.
- Anonymous returns will be held in quarantine until the customer gets in touch.
As a small independent business, we regret that we're not able to offer free returns. We've negotiated the best rates with couriers to make it as cheap as possible to get your item back to us, but of course you can arrange your own return if you prefer.
