We’re currently changing the system that handles our order processing and returns. Due to this, there may be a slight delay in order dispatching and returns. Thank you for your patience, we’re working as quickly as we can to minimise disruption. You can arrange a return within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as the item is as new and in the original packaging. Any items returned that we don’t get in an “as new” condition, we will return the item to you, the customer.
Please note when booking a return, our warehouse is open 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
What is a large item? A large item is delivered by a two-person delivery team that would need to be collected.
All returns should be sent to our warehouse.

Please remember to repackage your return before sending. Any returns received without protective packaging will not be able to be refunded. Please include your order number either on, or within the parcel so it can be identified by our team.
Please note, made to order items and flat pack furniture that has been assembled cannot be returned.
Anonymous returns will be held in quarantine until the customer gets in touch.
As a small independent business, we regret that we're not able to offer free returns.
