We’re currently changing the system that handles our order processing and returns. Due to this, there may be a slight delay in order dispatching and returns. Thank you for your patience, we’re working as quickly as we can to minimise disruption. Please note when booking a return, our warehouse is open 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Step 2 - Ship Your Item Back to Us
All you need to do now is send your item back to our warehouse.
Choose a courier service below based on the size of your item
To return a small item you will need to use a courier. Please see a list of courier services below who will be able to fulfil the return of your item.
To return a large item you will need to book a collection with an appropriate courier. Please see a list of courier comparison services below who will be able to fulfil the return of your large item

Please remember to repackage your return before sending. Any returns received without protective packaging will not be able to be refunded. Please include your order number either on, or within the parcel so it can be identified by our team.
Please note, made to order items and flat pack furniture that has been assembled cannot be returned.
Anonymous returns will be held in quarantine until the customer gets in touch.
As a small independent business, we regret that we're not able to offer free returns.
