In-Store Purchase Survey Competition | Terms and Conditions

Win a £50 Rowen Homes Voucher!

This draw is open to UK residents, excluding employees or agents of Rowen Homes and/or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their immediate families.
Entrants must be 18 years or over.
A valid purchase from a Rowen Homes retail store is required to enter the competition.

The competition starts at 00:01 GMT on [Start Date] and runs until 23:59 GMT on [End Date].
A new prize draw will take place every month during the promotional period.

To enter, customers must complete the post-purchase survey provided after making an in-store purchase.
Only one entry per purchase is allowed.
Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or submitted outside of the competition period will not be valid.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries each month.
The winner will receive one (1) £50 Rowen Homes voucher, which can be redeemed in-store or online at rowenhomes.com.
Rowen Homes will contact the winner via email within five (5) business days of the draw.
The winner must claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification. If the prize remains unclaimed after this time, Rowen Homes reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.
The voucher is valid for [insert validity period] from the date of issue.
In the unlikely event that the prize becomes unavailable, Rowen Homes reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

Rowen Homes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any problem prevents it from running as planned.

By entering, you agree that your name may be announced on rowenhomes.com, Rowen Homes social channels, and email communications. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please inform us in writing.
The winner’s name is available on request in accordance with the CAP Code.
