Will my sofa feel firm when it first arrives?
New upholstery can feel firmer initially. Cushions will naturally soften and settle with regular use. Where possible, ensure to rotate cushions regularly to maximise their life span.
Do I need to plump my cushions?

I'm worried my sofa won't fit. What should I do?

A modular sofa is made from individual sections that can be combined to create different configurations, giving you greater flexibility over your layout to create your perfect sofa.
Can I choose my configuration?
Many of our modular sofas offer different configurations, including left- or right-hand chaise options. We’ve tried to take the stress out of the process by offering set sofa configurations (some of which can easily be grown with an armless extension chair). Available choices vary by collection.
Do I have to assemble my sofa?
We offer a premium white-glove delivery to your room of choice, and we assemble and take the packaging away on the majority of our sofas. Please ensure access ways are clear for smooth delivery.
